Light in Frame 

The following photography project was created by Visual Communication students (2023 Batch) from the Centre for Media Studies, Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, Bangalore, in November 2024. It is part of Light in Frame, an annual publication that celebrates the best student work in photography, with a new theme each year. This edition, Light in Frame: Portraiture, blends photography, painting and classical portraiture. Drawing inspiration from Vermeer, Caravaggio, Rembrandt, and da Vinci, the students reinterpreted old master techniques through modern eyes, where light becomes memory and shadow, time.
