June 20, New Delhi: In a latest survey on rapists and other sexual offenders, doctors have found that many people in NCR suffered from HLLO (High Libido, Low Oppurtunity) syndrome.

According to medical insiders, eminent shrinks from Gopal Psychiatric Institute have submitted the findings – the report would now be forwarded to the National Directorate of Health for its opinion.

Dr Gopal Gupta, the Head Doctor of GPI, says, “This might be the reason behind the vicious cycles of crime on women in the city.”

According to the Delhi Police statistics, there have been cases of 414 rapes, 222 eve-teasing, 492 molestation and 112 murder of women reported in the city alone this year.
