a summer evening of haiku

undo the wrong thing
undo it we will need to,
never the king says

on summer solstice
the universe has conspired
to summon the sun

tea, snacks and cookies,
monsoon, rain, drought and suicides,
daily evening shots

news stream in nonstop
more death at home, more chaos;
all altered to news

haiku or senryū
law keeper or law breaker
birthright or bare plight?

FALL BLISSFULLY
